Standing, Seated, and Floor yoga using props to adapt the postures (asana) to your body. Multiple variations are offered, make each pose your own. Each class consists of breathing, movement, and meditation, and is based in 4 overlaying concepts: expansion, grounding, balance, and rhythm.
Class is performed entirely seated. A block or stack of books may be helpful for this practice, but it can be done with just one prop, your chair.
